I moved house and needed to upgrade my 1.5kw system to a bigger 6.6kw as we are a family of four. I googled reviews and Westsun Solar had great reviews and I can see why. From start to finish the process has been smooth and the price was very competitive, I liked the fact that they are based locally in Perth and not a company that has an overseas call centre. From my first contact through to the installation the service provided by Westsun was fantastic.
Nikki from the sales team was willing to listen to our requirements, relating to the existing solar panels, and the location of the new panels, and managed to 'tailor' a solution that was to our liking.
Jesse and the other guys in the installation team were professional, polite and even with the added difficulty of the Covid restrictions completed the work ahead of time.
I would highly recommend using Westsun for your solar installation.

We were extremely happy with the process of purchasing our new solar system. Ben our salesperson was very informative and made the process easy to understand. He outlined the steps clearly so we knew how things would progress. The ladies in the office handled everything promptly & efficiently so everything went smoothly. The 3 installers were prompt, courteous , efficient and left everything clean & tidy. We were not made aware of additional charges for the buyback scheme application & upgrade to the power meter though. Our energy provider charged $256 for these. It would have been better if we had been advised of this fact rather than the shock of seeing a substantial increase on our energy account which we were not expecting. We would like to see this mentioned in the early discussions with clients.
We would highly recommend Westsun Solar to people interested in installing a new system or upgrade.read more

I would 100% recommend Westsun Solar! Lisa was Fantastic! she was my sales point person, she was easy to talk to and she knew exactly what i was after. I had done my research on solar and i was very specific in the product i wanted, she provided me with 3 quotes of 3 different alternatives. Lisa was very thorough and very explanatory. Chris came to install my Solar and he was also Fantastic. The installation is very good and they were very clean. The entire process with Westsun Solar has been a pleasure. I would 100% recommend Using WestSun Solar and will be referring my friends and family to also use Westsun Solar.

From start to finish what a great experience, nowadays this is rare to find. Having dealt with Ben and Lisa within the sales/office team they were very courteous and professional no question was too small (trust me i asked some stupid questions) , a few days before the install details were sent about what to expect processes etc, and then on the day of the install the team were very prompt, professional and ensured site was cleaned. What more to say but a marvellous job all round.read more

Thanks Westsun Solar team for the installation of the 4 solar systems in our premises. The process was really simple as Westsun took control of everything and understand the process and the needs of my companies and homes. The installation teams were very professional and understood everything that needed to be done.
Thanks Ben, Nick and Lisa you are a great team and great to work with. Cheers for all the work you have done for us. Before meeting Ben we had quotes from a few other companies that didn't seem to understand solar or general communication.
I would recommended Ben and the team from Westsun Solar to anyone who is looking at solar installations.

I would and will certainly recommend Westsun Solar to anyone looking to install Solar power. Thanks to Lisa, who took full consideration of my energy needs and budget when quoting me with a system for my home. Lisa also provided alternatives with Inverter types and panel options to ensure I was getting the best deal. Then there was Eddie & Jesse who did the installation - both very professional, efficient and no mess! They explained what everything was and how it worked and if any problems to call them ASAP.
